HealthONE's Englewood Occupational Medicine Clinic is located at 125 East Hampden Avenue, three blocks west of Swedish Medical Center on the corner of Sherman and Old Hampden.
Occupational Medicine clinic hours are 7:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
After hours care is provided at Swedish Medical Center at 501 East Hampden Avenue.
We offer comprehensive and cost effective:
- Injury evaluation and treatment by Level II accredited physicians.
- On-site care coordination / case management.
- Physical examinations for DOT, pre-hire, and annual.
- Drug and Breath Alcohol testing.
- Comprehensive rehabilitation services.
